Gents,

I know that there are a few of us in the Rancho Cucamonga area. My daughter is at Etiwanda HS but I just heard from my daughter that they arrested an assistant football coach and locker room attendant at Los Osos HS for planting a camera over 2 years ago in the girls locker room? 52 years old and a Rancho Cucamonga resident...WTF!!!

I am sorry if any of you have or had daughters there that may be impacted by this.

Wait until you see the leniency shown towards this asshat. He'll probably skate with probation and time served. He'll also be ordered to pay some court fees, but that's probably about it. San Bernardino County D.A.'s are better than L.A. D.A.'s, but I doubt he'll receive a stiff punishment. It sux, believe me. 🙄

If that happens there will be a lynch mob of parents outside the DA’s office.

Their was a guy at Calvary thst got tagged for child porn on his computer and had some pics of his niece as well. I don’t know all the details because I didn’t goto the meeting.. I’m pretty sure he was looking at 25 years? Or was sentenced to 25 years.

I know there are penal code sections here in CA that apply to sending inappropriate images to and from electronic devices, but I cant remember the sentence that those charges carry. While I agree with you guys 100% that this person needs to be strung up from a tree in the center of town, I doubt that's going to happen.

I'm intimately familiar with a domestic violence case here in L.A. county that involved some serious and awful sex crimes. This particular case also included allegations and convictions of other significant felonies that I wont disclose. The case was rock solid with an incredibly strong victim who had enough. Jury trial ensued, the Victim testified and did an amazing job, and the suspect was sentenced to 17 years in state prison. His sentence has been reduced due to "Good behavior," and now because of Covid, he is being released on parole. He has served 12 years of a 17 year prison sentence.

My point in comparing the two cases is this....as horrific and unbelievable as the crimes may appear, they generally do not carry a hefty sentence with them (At least at the state level; federal cases are different).

I don't know the details of the school incident, but I will not be shocked when the suspect pleads out to lesser charges, whereas the penalties will also be lessened. I hate to say that, but that's how it goes.
