Its crazy how I never would do it before but now I really like it - I'm getting old I guess but some nights I need a little pick me up or i'll fall asleep by 8pm!

My wife is the same. Coffee after 2pm equals no sleep ! I can have a cup at 9pm. And be asleep by11.

I drink 3 cups after work normally and right before bed. Never had a bad night sleeping but I can turn my brain off which most people can’t. Wife’s sleep pattern is all over the place

I try..... but having family in Tullamore .... I seem to go through it fast.... always toasting to someone on FaceTime, messenger... or just thinking of them.
