I actually just found a 13x40 in havasu for 186. Thinking that's the new manager special. Pleasant isn't that fun anyways lol!

Damn.. Wish it was a few months ago. I gave up our 20x40 that ran $405 per mo. @ Premier Storage Condos.

Have you always had a 28? Is it an older standard deck or an ICC boat? I just assumed you always went out in your friends F32. But yeah, $400 monthly for storage is crazy expensive for 12 months.. I'm sure those rates will likely increase annually also? Storage places in PHX & Havasu must make a fortune. Lol

No I just bought it. First boat. Got tired of riding with everyone else.
