Can a billet aluminum steering hub be plugged and redrilled to different bolt pattern?

Why not just re drill, and not worry about existing, unless they intersect new holes
wont the wheel cover old holes anyway?
orrrrrr on mine I had Bob at MIW make an adapter. From 1 pattern to another. At the time the wheel I got was Eddie Motorsports only.
he may have what you need

The bolt holes intersect, do you have Bobs number?

Welding machined aluminum will soften it and make it very poor to remachine. Most of the time it's better and faster to just remachine the part.
