Smoked a ton of pork butts and shoulders. Never tried it in steak form. Went down to the butcher today. Had him slice a 8lb butt into 1" thick steaks. Threw it on the weber with some apple wood. Awesome! Literally my new favorite steak. Did one like a regular steak. Sauced the other, let it Carmelize a little. Awesome! Try it if you haven't
