Ironic. 2014, going to Starbucks at the Old Escondido Village Mall, I spotted a homeless man in medical distress collapsing by the dumpster. Post 991 call/response, I went on into the store and the Lady Manager asked me what happened.

Portland has always been an anti big box community….for those who actually buy stuff.

I hope portland got a handle on their homeless problem. Every big city is struggling now. It’s the dumping ground for mental health patients without insurance. It’s not getting better.

And then Portland has ANTIFA wannabes tearing up the city, taking advantage of what is/was a very nice city.
