Took the dog out for a pee and I had a smoke. Hear this buzzing sound. Look up and had this overhead. Have a few more shots, but having trouble getting them off the card uploading.

Checked into it. Guess they are doing flights for a Goodyear dealers 60th Ann celebration. The last time a blimp was in BC was for Expo 86. Way back in summer of 1986. It flew over my house back then too.

My partners brother used to work on the crew. We got to go up for about an hour ride. It was awesome. Once in a lifetime opportunity

A ride would be awesome. The blimp is faster then it looks. I herd it and saw it about a half mile north of my house. Run in grab the camera. Not even a minute and its already crossing my backyard. It looks like its hovering but its really moving quick. Looks easy to fly, but I bet its really hard.

I have been up in that blimp. They let everyone take the helm for a while. Very cool. Got to fly over the refinery I worked at in Carson.
