I have a disc with probably a 1000 pics on it, and I'm having some trouble going through and organizing which builds are which. I'll be adding to all the threads posted so far the further we get into it.

Is that a shifter down by the pedal and footrest? If so, what is the shifter on the gunwale for?

You can manually set the cavitation plate with the handle. Pull and set for down or all the way forward and run it loose..Depends on the water and speed. Slow cruising or play skiing, set it and forget it.

Ahhhh. Ok, so the cavitation plate acts like a trim tab...

Morgans old boat!! Looks great now!! Hoping to have our Connolly back from Prime Marine mid summer time getting A LOT of work done there!!!

I love that boat.. I've seen it on the strip (not sure if it's hte new owners or the old?) and it definately makes a statement!
