I just put in a new motor and looking for some advice on what size prop to buy. I’m running a 22 Daytona and motor is low 500 hp with a bravo one stock drive 1.5 gears. I would like to stick with a bravo 1 prop. I was thinking somewhere in the 26-28 inch range but I’m no expert.

24-26, possibly a 28 in the winter with a light load, I would get a few for different weather and different amounts of passengers.

You think a 24 would be ok? For reference I was running a 22 bravo 1 and it worked great even under heavy load and this motor adds 200 hp over the really tired stock motor.

I would get ahold of Hill in Santa Anna and talk with them. Bravo's are ok, but a long ways from ideal for most applications.
