All right guys BIG DADDY will give it up. LOL
Take four poblano peppers cut one side open and remove the seeds if you don't want it spicy.
Then mix about two pounds of pulled pork with chili verde sauce,1 can of mex corn, 1 can black beans and a 1 1/2 cups of shredded pepper jack cheese and stuff the peppers. Pour a little ro tel tomatoes and chilies over the top
Put in a pan on the smoker or oven at 325* for an hour or until the peppers get soft. After they get soft add some cheese on top an cook until melted.
It goes great with Spanish Rice and a salad.
Enjoy
If you want some good seasoning go to Big Poppa web site and order the the Bacon Jalapeno Rub that stuff is to die for.
Thanks Bro turned out awesome .:champagne::champagne::champagne:
Thanks Pete, it was one of those days had some left over pulled pork search the web for stuff peppers. And ran across this recipe they were using ground turkey in a oven an why not pulled pork on the smoker with some chile verde? And it was outstanding.that look AWSOME my brother:thumbsup
Glad you enjoyed. :cool
As always Go For It! Bring home some metal i will be thinking about the team the whole weekend while I am making the wife happy at the Gas Lamp Dist in SD. Call me and i will give you the low down. :coolbro if its ok i think i might use the at havasu in the anything but comp?
I decided at the last minute to try this for dinner.
The grocery didn't have poblanos so I grabbed some red and yellow peppers and ground turkey.
I still used the chile verde etc..
Not too bad.
The poblanos should not be hot if you take the seeds and vains out.
