Since last time was nothing but baller listings we decided to do something a little more in reaches. 3174 Osborne is 535k

It’s a 3 bedroom 4 bathroom that is 1994 soft with a 18.9 x 64 RV garage!

Well now we are over at Monacello which are new homes being built on the island. They are offering 50,000 in change orders as they aren’t complex yet!

First one is 1.6 million.. Its hard to show a house when it’s under construction..

The window package on this house is 150k.. lol. But that includes invisible sliding glass doors that actually stack right into the wall!

Next one is in sticks but is 1.3 mill

it has a feature I have never seen before in a house that I think you guys will get a kick out of..

Right off the kitchen there is this raised platform with plumbing to it.. I couldn’t figure out what it was, as it turns out it is a “dog washing station”!

I'm kinda shocked that place hasn't sold. I keep telling AJ and Taylor they need to buy it so Kelly and I can stay in the guest house

The real estate agents had a fantastic time and we will take another team out in two weeks!

We looked at this house a couple of weeks ago and liked a ton about it but it was very misleading in the ad. We have been looking for 4 bedroom houses and approx 2000sqft. They counted the casita as a 4th bedroom and added that sqft to the house, which, at the end of the day, isnt correct. Kinda sad cause that back yard is bitchen!!!!! and there is a ton of parking.
