Quadra Trac Rebuild

Working on a 77 Cherokee Chief. Transmission is done. Engine close to going in. Cannot find the shoTransmission is done. Engine close to going in. Looking for a shop to rebuild the original Quadra track transfer case. It’s a bit of an oddball and some parts seem to be made of unobtanium.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm assuming we're talking about a Borg Warner Quadra-Trac?? do you know which version you have?

Honestly i'd prob just look into doing a 241c swap if you really plan on using it.

You're in the area, you may try Hick's 4x4 in Pomona. They used to have a lot of stuff, cores and rebuilt. Haven't been there in a long time though.

check with your local Jasper dealer, I bet you can get a rebuilt one real quick just by your VIN..it will be way cheaper than doing it yourself and it will have a warranty
but if you want to do it yourself
Bj's off road is a good source for that stuff, what's the case number (NP 208?)
a great all around transmission parts place is vista transmissions parts... point,click, done
you will be shocked to find out how much suspension, drive-train and axle stuff is at Summit Racing for these things, I actually have new axle's, bearings/seals and driveshaft arriving today
