What good is a quiet generator if it has rattles louder than the generator itself?
That’s what I got with the big wheel kit.

I used stainless steel washers to “shim” the wheels on the axels to calm down the vibrations. Helped a little but still the hammers of hell noise caused by the wheels rattling on the axels.

So I used faucet washers that fit nicely, snugly.
The ball bearing wheels are stationary sleeved plus a stainless washer next to the rubber washer so no rolling wear will occur
Eliminated the rattling and noise entirely.

Also on the big wheel kit I used no matter how I shimmed the locked wheel it just wouldn’t jive with the lock doohickey very well.
Well the wheel lock vibrated off and that eliminated that ringing noise you hear from the 3500’s.
I’m leaving it off.

If you do this to yours I used two thin yet different thickness stainless washers and two different thickness cotton pins. Different fit on each axel Damfino why.
It’s just the way it worked out best.

Seems like a stupid oversight with that setup. At least it was an easy fix
