So the seller wouldn’t open it up? Unit sizes? Any of the units leased yet? NOI? Lots of details missing here.

Yeah I only watched the video and then saw the pictures. You quoted me quickly. This isn’t really setup for investor unless they want to concierge it.

It’s not divided into individual units either. It was meant to be used like a concierge type of storage. A friend of mine owns it. I’ve actually walked it with him.

It’s around a 3% cap rate...I wouldn’t buy as an investment, but there are folks in different financial situations who would.

Guys I just got off with the listing agent of the building they had an offer for $0.50 a foot to rent out the building which the owner turned down because he felt it was low typically storage like this should be renting for 60 to 75 cents per square foot but even at the 50 cents a square foot a 25,000 square foot building would be 12,500 a month now we're talkin about a 7 cap that makes sense.
