Watching some Old Videos of NHRA and The "Blue Max" was featured on several, @ OCIR. Did that Track change names or always remained Orange County? I did not know he owned a NASCAR team for several years with Rusty Wallace driving, along with a World Of Outlaws Sprint Car driven by Sammy Swindell

Both the Snake & Mongoose are currently on display at the NHRA Musem in Pomona. I'm not a 100% sure the Blue Max is there but I'll check the next time I'm there...

Spent many, many nights at the dragstrip and a WHOLE lot more at the Moto-X track!!! Lived right up the road in Tustin.

Good News Bad News: The good news is the Snake and Mongoose are still in the NHRA Museum, the bad news is the Blue Max was not there. However there is some cool stuff in the museum like Barbara Eden being a former NHRA Beauty Queen, she was a knockout!!! Drag boat hits 130mph and is noted on the cover of Hot Rod Magazine. How about this model display case that shows some awesome model building skills, man I wish my models looked that good...
