RDP brain trust.....Another “What’s it worth thread?”

I have a lead on a fine looking toon. I think it just needs a nice palapa to shade us from the hot Arizona summer. I am thinking with the current value of lumber and boats this fine water craft is not going to be cheap. You should also note that with their low pricing strategy they are looking to creat a bidding war. What is the RDP brain trust’s thought on the going value of this beauty?
