Works both ways. Someone could easily color the "yes" box on a "no" ballot without opening the envelope, which would invalidate the "no" vote. Not advocating, just sayin...

You can see the NO even with my bad eyesight right through the envelope. These are security envelopes, with peep holes & transparent to see the vote. A fucking birthday card envelope is more secure. We live in major corruption peeps.
