If you are doing “ peel and eats” for an Hors d’oeuvre, do you make your own cocktail sauce, just cheat and buy it from the store?

I’ve always loved horseradish, to the point where it’s so hot I can see the future,...

I make my own.

What’s your usual deal?

Make my own. It is my grandfather’s recipe that he handed down to me. I think that i need to kick it up with the horseradish.

Home made. Half ketchup base, half real horseradish not that cream bs, dash of Worcester, cayenne pepper, dash of celery salt, one garlic clove. Blend for thin mash for thick. Leave out the ketchup for a good bloody Mary mix.
