Anybody ever see them live?

I've always wanted to see them live, especially when I was younger.

I listened to them quite a bit growing up, but haven't kept up much lately. Will always dig their older stuff (Mother's Milk and prior was their best stuff IMO).

I've seen them several times. I'm a Fruciante fan, not so much of the new sound. Flea still rocks, Anthony still has it too. I'd go for sure. Mothers was great, but I'm a blood sugar sex magic guy. It was high school for me.

Saw them live about 10 years ago at the great western forum.

They put on a great show but he doesn't sound that great live. I was super stoned and enjoyed the show. [emoji3]

Saw them when Irvine Meadows first opened. Anthony flying around the stage in American Flag boxers or shorts. Great show.

Best concert I ever went to was Red Hot Chili Peppers in 1991. It was their tour for the album Blood Sugar Sex Magic. Nirvana toured with them and performed as the 2nd band to play that night. The show opened with this new band that had released one song at that point in time called Pearl Jam.

Seen them twice.
The blood sugar show was killer, didn't care as much for the follow up a few years later.

But no matter, seeing Flea go nuts on stage is worth the price of admission no matter what they play!:thumbsup

I think I was there for that. Crazy times for sure, my roommate was a bouncer for Bogarts at that time and I had a boat down at the marina. We called it the floating cat house.

Saw them in concert for the first time in 1990 or 91. Opened for Oingo Boingo, they played for 2 hours. Best concert I have ever been too. Mothers Milk era
