Wife and I are looking to refi our home - looking for feedback from the Guru's on the forum:
Current loan is through Quicken Loans
23 years left on 30 year fixed at 4.25%
$239,000 balance with $1838.00 monthly no PMI
790 fico clean background
California residence

*Our goal is lower the interest - not pull any money out - pay more toward principle

Quicken is offering:
20 year refi
2.65%
$1780 monthly includes tax/insurance
$2496 loan origination + $835 estimated title

Thoughts?
