Removing carpet snaps from Deck

I removed the gray carpet off my magic as it burns everyones feet in the Havi sun. I want to remove the snaps on the deck to prevent toe injuries. I have a couple ideas. 1. Remove snaps and plug holes 2. Installing white vinyl car plug snaps. 3. Installing stainless truss head screws. Anyone do this thanks in advance?

We filled ours with design then tabbed some gel on them. But we covered it with gator step so it didn’t need to be perfect

And by design I mean resin. Stupid auto correct. Whatever you do I would put some sealant in the holes to avoid wrought
