Anyone have a direct link on this? I was talking about this to another business owner in CA and he heard that this will only effect new sales moving forward. Meaning if your property wasn't sold then you are not going to be reassessed . But if you do sell, you are reassessed every year.
I don't know. The only thing I know is we lease our building and it has been owned by the same people for 30 yrs. I'm sure the rent will jump 30% if this is passed.
