Retaining Wall & Hardscape Work

Looking to build a 5-6' retaining wall at my home in Chino Hills. Open to a traditional block wall or Allen block. I'd also like to replace the hardscape in my front yard. (driveway, walkways & porch)

I've had several people bid the job but when I want to move forward they never follow through. I have already had the soil reports ran and have engineering requirements for the wall.

Is this something in the wheel house of a fellow RDP member? Any referrals?
