Scenario: Interested in buying a new rental property, want to buy a new rental property in cash up front, and then handle the sale of an existing rental property (30years ownership)
Does anyone here do this kind of work? I realize the reverse 1031's are a little more expensive due to the extra paperwork and complexities. Just wondering if its any easier coming in with a full cash deal vs getting a lender to float it during the transaction window.
thx!
