Riding Trip to Outlet Center

Decided to do a quick trip to Outlet Center for the weekend.

So we went and did a little shooting, this was Seth’s first time shooting a real gun, have a little work to do but he did great. Went to Slash X then out to the cave and the rain came so needed up hanging out in the cave for a few beers.

Do you have the gps cords of the Cave? Been all over out there and this is first time hearing of it.

Sorry I don’t, if I go by there tomorrow I will try and remember to try and get them somehow. There are 2 windmills West of it and it’s on the side of the mountain.

No, Outlet Center Drive just south of Barstow on the I15. The outlets are all dead, now it's just a pit stop for Vegas and AZ travelers. Also home to the best Del Taco on the planet.

That’s where we shot at then headed Right out of there if you are looking at the pic. There is a mountain range on your left and the cave is on the side of the range. It’s a few miles down from there. If I can’t find it on the Google Earth App I will look on my computer.

I know those windmills. I see them from a lookout point off stoddard wells road gas pipeline trail that I love to run. I think they are the same ones.

Last time we tried the entrance was too deeply rutted out to get in off Outlet Center Dr. We had to camp by the Slash X. Has that situation been ironed out?

Yes we came thru the gate and made a left with no issues.

Well we didn’t go back to the cave today instead we went out towards the 40 trying to figure out a path to The Barn. Made it over to Hidden Springs Road then turned around. Didn’t take many pics today but got a flat on the way back so had to use the rock jack to change it.

I just carry a car scissor jack in my box though. That one clamps on your cage.
