Private launch ramp, Private Day beach area, Ramp and beach area is located at Holiday Harbour 1.5 miles below Parker Dam and .5 miles above the River Island Camp Ground on the Az. side less than 2 minutes from the house. 2.5 bedrooms, 2 baths, furnished with one king, two queen beds, large living room and den for more sleeping area.
Free cable, wifi, Flat screen TV, Washer/dryer, Dishwasher, outside gas BBQ, Linens, towels, fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Fenced back yard with beautiful river view, boat parking on the side of house.

Events in the area:
Drag Boat racing weekends, off-road racing weekends, Desert Storm, Jet Ski World Finals, float tube weekend, fishing, water ski racing, balloon festival, 25 minutes from Lake Havasu City and a host of others. Also available are water ski lessons which include boat and ski equipment at an additional cost.
