Asking the offroad members here if any of you have experience with these fuel storage containers. I was about to buy the Rotopax but saw they sell a Fuelpax. The only difference I see is the way its manufactured and the warranty, 10 year versus 5 year. The Roto is more expensive and doesnt come with a mount. The Fuel is cheaper and comes with a mount. My girls ride Honda TRX250rs in the dunes and they are fuel hogs so I want to carry something in the buggy for them on the long rides.

I have a rotopax 1 gal gas that rides under my seat. 6 trips, 0 issues, isn’t messy with pours either. I have no experience with the other brand.

Same brand just different manufacturing techniques.

I have both. Fuelpax is 3 gal and Roto is 2. At least the ones I have. The Rotopax can be stacked 2 on a mount. The Fuelpax can not be doubled up. If I was to do it over again I would use 2 Rotopax instead of one Fuelpax. And yeah, the Rotopax is heavier duty but the others hold up on my Jeep. Buy after market yellow spouts for them right away.

I'm a fan of the Long Dong variety from China. No leaks yet and they are super solid and come with a mount plate. The mount is not as nice as the PAX styles though.

3L (actually holds 1 Gallon), $26 shipped from China, or around $35-$40 shipped from the US.

They also offer 5L and 10L sizes

I bought 2 Rotopax for my jeep that were "blemished" from their website. Little cheaper, and i couldn't find any issues with them.
