RV AND BOAT, CAR AND TRUCK STORAGE YARD???

I have this storage yard... just sits empty... my plans changed when we decided to keep the rv garage home... the building is 18' x 40' and the yard is 25 x 100,.. theres a lady in the mobile next door that is there all the time.... I have no idea what to ask for rent,.. so very neg,,,

you could easy get 2 boats... or a big rv and other stuff... only thing you can't to is store junk or building materials.... but you could but what ever you want in side the building...

So I oredered a 7' tall gate to put barn door type front doors on the building... that should keep the creepers and critters out.... and make it secure ,.. the idea is to make the front open complete so one could park vehicle's side by side 40' deep, so 40' of boat on one side and truck and storage on the other...The gate got delivered mon, so will be installed soon....

short term???? if anyone here needs storage for a week or so, I have 2 places, 1 covered...the price would be free parking,..short term if that helps someone... some times living out of town you have to leave your rv or boat for a week or so and not worth having to rent a place... or doing the floors in the garage... painting and such.... any way... I have plenty of parking

this is available if anyone needs storage for the summer... I have the 7' high gates for the front of the building... and it will fit a rv and a boat..
