Just got a 2021 Outback, finally found a layout we really like and is comfortable to be in.

Truck camper works for us. It's versatile. We can camp in places many others can't. Fits in a single parking space.
I can remove the camper and use the truck for others things like exploring. But most important, I can hook the boat or trailer up and head out to have fun. Since it's just me and the wife, a toyhauler is too much. View attachment 984694 View attachment 984695 View attachment 984696

Right there with ya! Arctic fox 1140, AND I go the same chairs--like minds baby, like minds!!
BUT the Dynamax Isata5 28SS is looking very interesting,
They are also getting ready to debut a new entry level M2 short wheel base super C Europa 31SS with rear locker

Carry on!

I love the rear lounge area and different kitchen/dinette layout!
32ft???
They have a 5th wheel with this floor plan?
38’ overall, we originally wanted this in a 5th wheel but my truck is to tall, this is the only one i could find. We were looking at Keystone Montana 5er and they have a rear den layout.

Nice. That Dynamax looks sweet. While I will never not have a truck camper, the wife has been talking about full timing in either a C class or and ORV Blackstone. Those OutdoorsRV trailers are about the best built I've seen.
Not one complaint from any owners I've talked with. Ah, decisions....

3414V or 3817V? We just ordered a 3817V. Hoping to get it by July 😁

3817v. Its a great layout, good mix between the kitchen and living space. Also the shower is bigger than just the corner ones that are in most.

Took 7 months for ours during covid, I hope things are back to somewhat normal. Our longest tow has been from CA to Austin TX and tows great even in some terrible wind. Does have a slight sway in BAD winds vs my past triple axle but not much. I was a fan of the stairs these need due to the door over the wheels, but now I think they are a pain, o'well.

What options did you get?

Power Cooling Upgrade Package (Onan 5500 Gen, 13.5BTU Bedroom A/C, 50 amp service)
6 Point Auto Level Hydraulic Jacks
Rear 32" TV
Rear Power Dinette & Queen Bunk
Rear Backup Camera
190W Solar w/ 1500w Inverter
Generator Auto Command
Stainless Steel Galley
Central Vacuum System
Exterior TV Bracket
2nd Grey Tank
Artic package
Cable Kit
Tool Box
Roto Flex Hitch

It's a lot. The crazy thing is I could have spent another $10K on all the other options available, lol.

Only money, get one of each.
Never heard of the ORV blackstone, I got me some home work tonight!

Pretty much the same for us.

We did add the 3rd ac for the back and residential package. During covid the power saver AC had no eta so we had to move to a 7kw gen to power all 3 ac's.

Auto leveling is the shit with the trailers, would never get one with out it now
Once you get it and you hear a poping noise when they are setup, you will need to add some oil additive to the hydraulics , you can search it on the web

I had to add air bags on my f-350 too, was surprised how much it sagged it.

You guys are going to love it.... Enjoy...

We did that for many years. But it got to the point where I got tired of climbing up into the bed at night and over him to get up in the morning. We both slipped down the steps a couple of times, I broke my foot once doing it (sober, you assholes, it was a dewey morning and I slipped!, LOL) We talked about getting another one, with a newer camper that offered a lower bed to climb into, but the camper was $75K and a new truck was $85K or more, so we opted for the pusher for a whole lot more comfort for less money with a 15K towing capacity. But we do like the idea of getting into smaller places and the 4x4 aspect. We talked about 4x4 Super C's also. Who knows, we may hate the big girl and size down in a year or two. Since we bought her used, we won't be upside down, and that's a nice feeling. We did have some great times in the cramper, though ;)

Bringing my Attitude 28ibg home from Johnson valley after a great desert season. It’ll be home for a couple months to get her ready for the summer out at Parker.

Unfortunately though, I heard Parker’s closed.

Nice set up [emoji1303]

Vail open up the pools and bar yet? Haven’t been there to camp since before covid hit, just been hitting their mtb trails.
After hearing people rave about that campground for years, I finally decided to book a spot for the end of July. Hopefully everything is opened up by then.

Here is our new rig. Dynamax Isata 5 28SS so far loving it!
No idea how I missed this, I put my 2 cents in over on the forrest river board when they were discussing doing a short I5.
We went and looked at a couple at De Martini since there is a stop sale on the dodge chassis for the heater grid recall there are units on the lot.
Also looked at the Europa 31SS and 32KD both under 34' but only available with the same 6.7, and an additional 3500 dry weight in the chassis.

Gonna DM you with some questions

Yes the picture marked 50 years of going to Blue Water. Sure beats sleeping on the boat deck waking up to world class hangover and 120 degree sunrise in your eyes.
We've had the same spot the last 3 summers. We move in fathers day
