I've taken the Rzr Turbo to both Gorman and a 40 Mile run from Hesperia almost to Lake Arrowhead.
The ride is amazing. Comfortable and plush.
The power much more noticeable over the normal aspirated XP1000.
Especially at over 11000 ft.
Just touch the gas and immediate response.
Zero to 80 real quick.
You can feel the power push the front end but you forget that as your natural reaction adjusts to the "english" you use to correct that.
Seating position a bit more upright than past Rzr's but that's corrected with more comfortable aftermarket seats.
Aftermarket wheels from the past require 1" spacers to fit over the bigger brakes. I bought Caliber spacers and they are a perfect fit.
The brakes are just adequate. I can see aftermarket brakes being much better.
The cooling system is just adequate in warm weather. The aftermarket is responding to that too.
Handling is fantastic with the front and rear sway bars and everything on the suspension and chassis is beefer than the XP1000.
Damn I love Bluetooth and a super powerful sound system:
Spacers for the sand tires for the wheel to clear the brake caliper:
Have over 7" of outside offset. You never have to much of that on the dunes.
The price of LED off road lighting has really come down.
The front grill round lights are good and 1/3 the cost of the 15" light bars.
The real reason for the bumper and lights is to try and hide the ugly styling.
It helps,,, a little.
Some talk we may buy the new Turbo 4 seater if it turns out to be a winner too.
