Actually, I think it'll fuck up shit on the south end of lake more than it being a good thing.

We used to rent pontoons out of sand point growing up. The marina was awesome for fishing . seen a few old timers pull out some monster stripers out of it.

The only reason I'm inquiring is because the property was cleaned off and graded a couple years ago and there has been no activity since. Monday was the first time we've seen anyone working on the property since it was cleared. I guess we'll know when we see framing. Just curious if anyone had an update.

I've seen this proposed plan awhile back, but no site progress for over a year. I guess we'll know soon if we see concrete trucks.

me too, many a great beers, buds, times and lays there. one high note I met a beautiful Hawaiian girl from Costa Mesa there, Carol. Took her to my senior prom, blew everyone that new me away. haha Many WTF faces when I strolled in with her. lol
One low note was waking up one morning hung over as hell to to the wind howling, white caps and my 21' elim. cruiser blown up on the rocky beach with the waves pounding the transom like a gang bang on a solo porn sluts ass. lol Fortunately I had insurance an the 455 olds was rebuilt and the bottom fixed and tuned up By Merrill Combs out at Aqua Craft in Riverside.
