My granddaughter goes to a great private school in Henderson. Henderson International. The only problem is that you may get run over buy a G Wagon.

To be able to ride a RZR out to open space you will not be in any Golf Course community. You will need to live on the edge of developments near access points to the desert. They are not street legal vehicles so you do not want to have to drive far. There will be gated communities around there--but if your in a guard gated development, that may cause an issue.
The 3000sqft, 3car with RV parking is pretty easy to find in gated.
Good HS. Private would be Gorman, Faith Lutheran (Summerlin side) and Pine Crest (Henderson). For public schools--Palo Verde (Summerlin), Coronado and Foothill IMO are best in Henderson
You mentioned earlier that you have teacher contacts. I sent you a DM. Can we get their info? Or can I give you our contact info for them to call?

I am looking at Henderson/BC for a future retirement/rental place. Rents are really cheap compared to So Cal. The only problem is having to move again if you buy a place. But you can consider just renting and you take a breather from all that home repair/updgrade shit you are always doing.

Can really only comment on Henderson, racetrack rd. and south side of mission hills both back up to the desert with trails heading south from vegas/Boulder. Lake Las Vegas and dragon ridge for golf.

My father-in-law just built my brother and sister-in-law this house on a 1/2 acre in the horse properties off 95 and Wagon Wheel in old Henderson. There are some really nice houses, and there are some not so nice really old houses. Kind of mixed bag in that area. We live in west Henderson near the M Casino, it is newer and bit nicer area, but more traffic. St. Rose Parkway is building up with new stores and restaurants pretty quick.

That's funny, I know Art Sr. He lives across the street from me. I also live on the horse streets. It is a mixed bag for sure. 702sandmand also lives down the street. It's all in what you're after, only other neighborhood I'd be interested in would be Paradise hills area.

Let's say you are considering a move to Vegas.

The requirements are:

3,000 sq.ft. +
Golf Course in community or VERY close
RV parking
3-car garage
Gated
Good High School
Can ride RZR to trails from house

Where would you go?

Rhodes Ranch, but most everything is closed off in the Valley now.

Anthem Country Club closed for new greens. Rio Secco, Revere, Dragon Ridge all open.

I meant for taking off on a SxS, not the golf courses.

GVR since 97. On Legacy Golf Course. Gated, 3800sf, 3 car. Community pool/clubuouse, walking paths, very green. HOA is awesome, keeps development clean and quiet. Been Pres of HOA for 8yrs so we can keep it the way we like it.

Around Dragon Ridge you could build a home with a RV garage for above $8M.https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/681-Dragon-Peak-Dr-Henderson-NV-89012/141747951_zpid/

I wouldn't mind having the plans and engineering to that one.
