I'm looking for between 2500 and 5000 of the following "cone spacer". Basically, we're using these with a 1/2-13 normal hex bolt in a piece of plate with a stamped countersunk hole. Tolerances are pretty loose. If anyone has the machines to run these efficiently and the time to do them, PM me so we can discuss.

Material?

Anything metal. Aluminum (6061), Steel (1018, 12L14), whatever is most cost effective.

OD can be "as milled" diameter to eliminate an operation.
