As much as I agree with the majority of your post the unfortunate aspect of those Bankruptcy courts is that the small business vendors that service those larger companies will be the ones who suffer the most. The secured banks will get their money and the equity funds who buy the companies for pennies on the dollar out of BK will all make their money....on the backs of the small business owners who get shafted in that process.

it may be harsh but it beats the socialism that Trump and Sanders promote.

Hell she has money and provisions for the Arts , Unions , Minimum wage increases , Bringing back the Obamaphone , Diversity Provisions . Hell you can't make this shit up . they will hang themselves and loose the House , loose seats in the Senate and the Presidential Elections in 2020 . They have gone completely off the rails . They think they can jam all this pork into the bill to save peoples lives and the economy , in order to force the Republicans to vote it down , and then point their fingers at them and blame them .
