I’m rebuilding my seats and I’m looking for different ideas that others have used to keep water and moisture from being trapped inside. I know some drill holes and use mesh fabrics.

Bitd they used to support the foam on rubber webbing. Using a 3/4” frame to support it. I use a 2” hole saw with textura mesh type fabric. 2-4 per depending on style.

My old schiada had woven nylon straps in seat base supporting foam seat. They drained easily and acted as suspension almost
