Serial number help please.

Hey guys so i bought a new to 94 essex with 350. Just dont know what motor itis. i havent been able to match the serial number and its driving me nuts. I wanna order a manual so i can get to know the ins and outs. Any help would be awesome

Thanks i think i was mixing the outdrive number with the motor number up while looking a d wasnt pulling anything up correctly. I appreciate the help.

The reason im trying to figure it out. Is the boat runs great fires right up doesnt miss, but WOT only goes to 3500 rpms which just doesnt seem right. Speedo says between 50-55 at thay. Just figured the rpm at full throttle would be closer to 4k

Engine is an mercruiser ThunderBolt 4, W/PS, TWO-PC-EX, WORO 5.7L ALPHA Drive.
Your stern drive gear ratio is/would be 1.50:1 from new.
Check the speed with a GPS system say on an iPhone, etc. But if you're really reaching close to the 50ish MPH mark then your RPM should be more within your allowable 4200 - 4600 range for your engine model which would indicate your tachometer is out of adjustment at 3500.... If so then there may be an adjustment dial on the back side of the gauge that might need re-adjustment for a 8 cylinder vs 4 or 6, etc. cylinder.....Sometimes the dial just need to be turned/exercised a bit to get them working correctly again before needing a new gauge.
