720P will not handle 1920X1080 resolution which is likely what your computer will put out but will in turn display at 1280X720 and while this sounds like pretty good resolution the difference is that 720P has only 44% of the resolution of a true HD monitor........trust me I've had both and 1080P is worth the little bit extra :)

$109 for a 32" tv is cheap.
Amazing how inexpensive they've become. I remember a 40" plasma being 10k when they first came out.

I'd take it back and get a 4K monitor or a 1080p at least

Here's one option at Costco:

720p for a computer screen is balls. I’ve used a tv for a gaming setup but it was a low latency 4K 50” setup.

Wife has a 15” laptop at 1080p.
Not enough resolution for crisp text...

imho this monitor is best suited to watching shows, not computer work.

100% this, the dot pitch on a TV is designed for people sitting feet away, not inches. Text looks jagged and blurry up close compared to a true monitor. This has to do with how the LCD pixels are patterned and separated physically on the screen. They are manufactured to 2 completely different specs and are not interchangeable.

Also 720p is dismal resolution for a PC monitor, bare minimum is 1080, but realistically you need something that is 1440+ especially in that size of screen.
You will find out the first time you open a browser on it.
