Snagged a Bike I've always wanted.

So, I have always drooled over this bike and stalked Craigslist for a couple years off & on to find the right one.
I finally found and pulled the trigger on this lil guy.
It's in immaculate condition with all the factory race crap.
It just needed some TLC from sitting in storage for 2 years.
New tires, chain, battery, oil, clean the gas tank out, wax the hell out of it.. ETC
I spent a few weeks bringing it back to glory.

And now I am ready to ride my perfect dream bike like a huge pussy!!

Ya, it is a 2010 Red Bull Edition with the Club Man Race Kit and some super dooper European quick shift / auto shift thing, that I still need to do my homework on.
I'm not really a track guy. I do Azusa Canyon and GMR.
And still need to see if it even blows my skirt up, as I haven't had time to ride it yet.
If I don't, it'll go right back up for sale and I'll just be happy with the trusty R1

Great looking toys for sure - congrats! But these and others (hang gliders) are ones I'd rather just look at than drive/fly. I crashed on a bike once and survived unscathed. That's when I quit riding and got into high speeds on the water instead

Ummm, doesn't water feel like concrete at a certain speed?

GMR and GRR were the places we'd test our gesticular fortitude on. New bikes were expensive, but a V8 and a clutch... In the 90's, we didn't have a name for it. I think "drifting" is the modern equivalent.

very nice and should be a fun ride. I think the last bike I rode on the street was a GS1000E with a turbo or a RD400.
