Does this mean we can neutralize them on site when rioting or being violent like ISIS etc? I view them exactly the same as we now have multiple first responders with bullet's in them. Enough is enough it's time to put them down or back in their Mom's basement. I'm fucking hot and ready to set shit off. Being passive obviously hasn't done shit the last 4 year's
