I get a call from a customer about a Blazer they are having an issue with. Didn’t realize it was the Ring Brothers Omaze give away blazer. The detail on this thing is wetodid.

You and I work on opposite ends of the automotive spectrum. I get to work on some nice things from time to time. It scares the living hell out of me. I'm so paranoid I look like I'm scrubbing for surgery.

I've seen some of the things that roll out of your place...not any different than that K5. I think you may notice it more because it wasn't from your hands or your shop.

Definitely not taking that one into the hills for a shakedown though

It is a buddy of mines. He has thought of it. It is probably one of the nicest driving blazers I have played with.. 4-link in the front with Kings. 6.0 ls and 4L80e trans. He has done it right but not over done.

The blue one gets driven a fair amount. It used to go to glamis but he has backed away from there. My black one has about 600 miles on it. I will admit it is to nice to thrash on. The green one has all of 170 miles on it. Drives good for a stocker type set up.

That Ring Brothers one is over the top. Still kicking myself for getting rid of my 1970 K5 CST.
