That’s where I bought my first anchor, lines, fenders, etc... back in,,hmmm 1986? Been there a lot over the years, always nice peps. Super Shops used to be next door, the only place to get hot rod car parts, wheels tires.

Thanks Shueman for the review. The Owner Ron Hendrickson has been a family friend for years. My dad and Grandfather had a boat shop in La Puente- MarCher Marine, years ago, and worked with him then. For a few summers in the 90's, my dad helped transport and sell boats for Ron and Johnson Marine at the So Cal Boat shows too. Ron and his wife are really great people- I need to stop in a catch up with him again soon! Thanks for the reminder!

I guess everyone's experiences are different. I just bought a new Avalon pontoon from them, but I wasn't impressed with some of the things they did. Very nice people, but they screwed up my boat order, requiring me to make two 80 mile round trips and delayed delivery of my boat by 3 weeks. They were so nice when we first looked at the boat and then ordered it, that I let my guard down and should have gotten some things in writing, that I didn't.

Quick update today ... stopped in to speak with John Mouw and possibly setting up some things for them on RDP ... They do a great job on Social Media he said, but RDP is something that he wants to explore ...

Pontoon business is strong, particually the Avalons, and the Scout CC's as well ... give them a call !!

They have an add-on extension platform for the Scouts now ... John told me it's like 6' out to each side with boarding ladders, etc. (sorry, no pix)

John wants to do a complete "walk-thru" video later in July ...
