Solar Water Heating north county San Diego

I know here on RDP we've got Solar PV well covered in my area with the awesome Palomar Solar.

What I'm looking for today, is a recommendation for a plumber or solar contractor in the north county San Diego area who installs and services Solar Water Heating systems. The reason I'm asking is that several of us homeowners in my immediate area, in addition to having solar electric, also have solar water heating. I have a neighbor who's system currently is need of repair and a fluid exchange. The contractor who originally installed it approx. 10 years ago has retired.

I understand these systems, had one type or another for over 30 years, BUT closed loop systems although not rocket science, do require a rather specific process for refilling and evacuation of any air in the system.


Recommendations please.

Leave the dumb college educated Army Louie and the screaming cops for the trained experts to condone, doesn't anybody know a plumber in San Diego who knows Solar Water Heating ?

Thanks !! I'm sending these to my neighbor, he's got an immediate problem so I want him to be the plumber test dummy, then I'll know who to use should I have an issue in the future.
If I don't find him somebody, he's going to keep bugging me to come over and " Play " with it, I do electrical for neighbors, NOT plumbing.

They arent really in business in SoCal anymore, they are actually Mohave Solar in Havasu. Sorry I dont know anyone who works with this and we wont touch it. Sparky is afraid of steam.
