Yes.

So it started life as a utility trailer. The upper rails were cut off and I think it was used as a flat open trailer for a little while and developed a bow in the front. You can see it in the first picture. The tire rack structure was then added to the front. I bought the trailer as it is today, with the Tire rack structure. I have had it and used it for 8 years and it has not gotten any worse. There are no cracks or other fatigue to trailer frame.
