Spectacular and spacious fully furnished turnkey home with just 50 short steps to have your toes in the sand! Water activities all summer long and year-round off road activities in the Riverside mountains just minutes away.
We have decided to move back East...we have a 1 to 3 year plan depending on how some things fall out. Hoping to be lake neighbors with Walt but time will tell on how this will end. Yes this is CRIT land... We are between Aha Quin and Waterwheel... Believe me, we too were hesitant 10 years ago when we started going to this stretch of the river but we met people who have been there for over 30 years without any issues. After time, we realized a lease isn't significantly different than property taxes in a way - if you don't pay them, you lose your place LOL.
We have some great memories here but the time to move on has come. We are not in a hurry but if it sells, it sells and we will find some other stuff to do with our weekends until we move. We have had nothing but positive interaction with CRIT in our time here; ZERO issues.

-CRIT leased land, $10k per year for 50feet of waterfront property.
