This is a job we just browned coated on Kenter in Brentwood. These ceilings are a pain in the ass to do right.

We do Foam and coat it. The pre-cast was done by other guys.

We restuccoed this in in a Smooth trowel and added the foam trim around the top.

Thx, I prefer Merlex or Lahabra but we use what ever they want us to use.

Skimmed some walls and ceilings after the wall paper was removed.

I removed some popcorn ceilings and made them smooth.
