I've been away from this board for ages and when last was on it used to be a much simpler life.
I have to give Dave ALOT of credit for monitoring this board and hosting this website.
If it weren't for a chance, crossing paths in Mexico with Dave, I probably would not have come back.
In any case, since I stumbled back on, this will be my last post (maybe) before stumbling back off.

Something to Chew On….

As everyone seem to be in agreement ½ of the country are “Patriots” and the other half are “Idiots”. That goes both ways…….

So pretty much our country has been split in half.

Meanwhile, while the everyone country is blaming each other, the largest data breach of our Government has been perpetrated.

This is not “Fake News”, this is fact.

Our president has downplayed it, just like he downplayed the virus, (which he said he did that not to cause panic), if this doesn’t give you cause for concern other than a “rigged” election, then our fate is sealed.

It pretty much scares the shit out of me. I have two close friends whose sons I’ve spoken to recently. One is a graduate of the Naval Academy (appointed by Obama), one is currently in the Academy. The one who is currently in the Naval Academy is studying to be a cyber security specialist (appointed by Trump), the other will take a position in the White House this year as Naval Communications Director. Both were appointed before the election and it didn’t or doesn’t matter to either who is President. What they were able to tell me about this sort of breach (which was very little) is truly something to not downplay.

So back to, “Patriots” & “Idiots”.

Basically, what I am hearing is that the either the “Patriots” or “Idiots” (depending on whose side you are on) are ready for a Civil War.

Lets seriously think about that.

How did that work out the last time?

The Civil War was America's bloodiest conflict. The unprecedented violence of battles such as Shiloh, Antietam, Stones River, and Gettysburg shocked citizens and international observers alike. Nearly as many men died in captivity during the Civil War as were killed in the whole of the Vietnam War.

Meanwhile, during this “New Civil War”, (who ever named a war “Civil” should be shot!), Russia or China will be able to take control of our nation without them having to fire a single shot.

If you think this is so farfetched, then you really should study up on Putin’s history.

Here a just a couple of excerpts that I found telling:

Putin's role in the blatantly misleading information issued by the government about the Chechnya offensive also has been criticized. His talent for creating legends has been evident in his explanations about the war. For example, Putin told the writers group that the military had been open with the news media, when the military has in fact hidden information about casualties, combat events, attacks on civilians and its goals and methods.

Felix Svetov, a writer who spent time in Stalin's prison camps as a child and who lost his father in the purges, was present at the writers meeting. He said Putin's comment "does not correspond with reality." Putin is a typical KGB type, he added. "If the snow is falling, they will calmly tell you, the sun is shining."

This is Putin thoughts on politicians and campaigning:

"One has to be insincere and promise something which you cannot fulfill," he said. "So, you either have to be a fool who does not understand what you are promising, or deliberately be lying."

HMMMMMM…….

Now, I am not saying, as many on the left has said, that Trump is under Soviet influence or his intentions weren’t good, but maybe he is the unwilling narcissist that can easily be led down a path….

Either way, I think the “Idiots” and the “Patriots” should learn how to play in the sandbox together quickly, as if this does escalate your days of playing on boats and my favorite “Good Morning” post will be gone.

You need a new source sir. We’ll leave it at that. Enjoy mexico
Thanks.
I wasn’t trying to quote a source or imply a source.
In fact, I explicitly said they couldn’t and shouldn’t tell me anything. We spoke in broad terms about cyber security and breaches.
Just offering another analysis/opinion, which I was sure wouldn’t be met with too much positivity.
And thanks, I will enjoy Mexico.

lol apparently you miss the irony of your own posting.

I’m sorry that “positivity” is not present when reading an opinion piece that tells people they are wrong but you are right....yet you bring no “facts” to the table.

I ended my initial respone on a positive note....if you want positivity post about your experience in mexico.
If you’d like to discuss facts surrounding covid and a cyber attack please let’s do it. But be prepared the facts may not be positive to your opinion on the two issues.

Since I wasn’t stating any facts “other than the Civil War, which actually did happen, and a major security breach, which actually did happen, the rest was just a thought.
I wasn’t aware a thought could be a lie.
Now if it gets to that, then that is true communism.

And I truly appreciated your response. (No sarcasm)
The only opinion that I offered was maybe it would be better if the two sides thought about what the greater goal is before going down the rabbit hole, and maybe there is a slight chance that it’s not all what it seems.
The only facts that I stated is that the Civil War was the worst conflict in our history, there has been a major cyber attack, and Putin is not a good guy.
But yet I’m called a commie.
Go figure.

Magnuman....tough crowd in here. Having been away, maybe it’s best to stay in the Lounge & observe or warm up to the Dungeon before jumping in. Information both legit & fake comes in fast & is difficult if not impossible to keep up with. A lot of peeps are on edge with COVID & politics. Unfortunate, but is what it is. For me, I appreciate your comment about getting along but ain’t going to happen until this election is thoroughly investigated & the truth is exposed. Supporting a President, party, elected official, ballot, etc that has been fraudulently voted on is completely unacceptable. If we all united & overhauled all the corrupt politicians in this country that would be great. Hard to do when the politicians own the media & continually disseminate BS propaganda that is intended to divide & conquer.......advantage Democrates.

Thanks for the response.
Agree on politicians owning the media and the dissemination of BS propaganda, and it has truly divided our nation.
It’s the conquering portion that is worrisome.

Odd, you clearly hate Trump
Sorry but I really don’t hate Trump.
I just don’t think he’s an honorable person.
I also, don’t like Biden as he has one foot in the grave, is a career politician that doesn’t have a remarkable past and picked a vice-president to placate the left and win votes.
But that’s politics and until we can get any type of control of the media, which doesn’t give anyone who might be a reasonable choice a chance, then we will continue to have a major problem.

So much for that being your last post🤣🤣

But I do agree, the US is in a bad place right now, and I'm not talking about the virus.

If we can't trust our voting system or the people that count them, well then...

I'm not a fan of Trump but you keep blaiming it all on him!

Look at the beginning and alot of the dem side underplayed it as well! "Would you like to go to Chinatown?"

And if Trump would have embraced it and said we where all going to die the bullshit spewed from the dems would have still happened, just with a different narrative!

You seem to forget the Chinese breaching our data under Obamas term. And how they swept it under the rug.
I received a letter stating that I would be compensated, but so far, nada.
here’s a reminder.

June 4, 2015, 2:34 PM MST / Updated June 4, 2015, 6:15 PM MST
By Jim Miklaszewski and Alex Johnson
The Obama administration is scrambling to assess the impact of a massive data breach, suspected to have originated in China, involving the agency that handles security clearances and employee records, U.S. officials said Thursday.
U.S. officials told NBC News that, so far, the breach doesn't appear to be the "worst-case scenario" — compromise and disclosure of the identities of the covert CIA agents. But they said the breach — which exploited a "zero day" vulnerability, meaning one that was previously unknown — could be the biggest cyberattack in U.S. history, potentially affecting every agency of the U.S. government.

As many as 4 million current and former government employees will be sent notices beginning Monday that their personal information — including names, Social Security numbers and birthdates — might have been hacked at the Office of Personnel Management, or OPM, the agency that screens and hires federal workers and approves security clearances for 90 percent of the federal government, officials told NBC News.
"The ramifications are very serious," Susan Collins, R-Maine, a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, told NBC News.
"Potentially 4 million former and current federal employees have had their information compromised, and because OPM is the agencies that holds security clearances, that's giving a potential enemy like China very valuable information," she said.
Zhu Haiquan, a spokesman for the Chinese Embassy, denied that China was involved, telling NBC News that "Chinese laws prohibit cyber-crimes of all forms." Coincidentally, this is National Cyber Security Awareness Week in China.
"Jumping to conclusions and making hypothetical accusations is not responsible and counterproductive," Zhu said.

you might as well stay drunk in Mexico. We dont need any more fucking commie traitors in America .

what about any of that makes him a commie? Because he doesn’t like trump? One can be conservative and not like trump..

The part the got my undivided attention is the instant someone disagrees with Trump their a commie..

Trump had some real possibilities with this election, the clown show that came forward and presented the evidence along with bizarre tweets has cost them credibility in the court of public opinion l, and will end up costing us all a lot more because of it. I like what Trump has done (deficit aside) but even some of his tweets have even the most brazen supporters saying “wtf?”

In reality I don’t think we are heading for civil war in the traditional since of brother vs brother etc..

I think it’s gonna take a group (small) that is going to drain the swamp in a big hurry on one day. Which I think is a more realistic scenario.. If the libs start doing the chaz bullshit again or riots there might be some skirmishes there. But I’m not afraid or worried that leftists will be roaming the streets looking for conservatives.

I do agree with you although, what I do not agree with is.. I dont like Trump so everything is his fault!

I have said I dont much like or agree with alot of Trump, and i have said that since day 1 I posted down here in the dungeon.

But, people that have fallowed the last year, and I'm not talking MSM, can look and see that what Trump has been blaimed for is not actual reality! And in the beginning they all, EVERYONE of them tried to down play this virus. I wasn't till they relized Trump was downplaying that they went the other direction and ran with it! So, in my opinion, if Trump would have said we need to lockdown and told everyone they where going to die, I think the narrative today would be different and mandatory masks, lockdowns ect, would be the reason for the massive spread!

The election shit is a whole nother story..

Maybe I should have said last political thread!🤣🤣🤣
I am not blaming Trump for everything.
In a previous thread, I posted that I spent a good deal of my life in NYC where The President was not a favorite person by many who had business dealing with him.
He was not known to the rest of the country as he is obviously today.
My personal belief is that if it wasn’t for the Apprentice he wouldn’t be our current president. He reached a much broader audience with a focused agenda that painted him a leader.
He used that to his benefit.
For that I applaud him.
But, believe that if you are owner, president of a corporation or President of any Nation the buck stops at your desk. You are responsible, period.
I don’t see that trait in our President.
Notice, I said “our president”
He is a master of using the today’s media.
I am truly in awe of that.
Although, I am not in awe of our current media.
I’m older than many here and for the most part of my life I could trust what’s being said.
I think that got thrown out during the Regan administration where the media did not have to be fact checked anymore, then the internet happened and Pandora’s box was opened.
As far as election fraud, who the fuk knows.
I would be all for a “independent” audit of all voting but how that could possibly happen is beyond my pay grade.
I think it’s so tainted at this point, it would be virtually impossible.
I also believe there should be many political reforms for a divided nation as I’m sure that most would agree.

what about any of that makes him a commie?

Who gives a shit if the POTUS is PC or not?

What exactly do you think he "cost us" in so much as he was completely nullified by the house and senate from doing very much, considering they and the corrupt media have made a jihad on him since day 1.

I think he was able to do far more than most of us suspected, considering the madness of liberal demoshits has gone ballistic.

Never mind the fact that even if they did not like DJT they were and are obligated to DO A FUCKING JOB. A Job many of them only put in about 75 days a year doing, while getting paid the whole time, and with free medical that is ultimate compared to anything us serfs can purchase....provided by us serfs to them for life.

Politicians have gone so far out into left field they are blatantly trying to steal the current election, out in the open, with a big giant finger to the American citizens. There is no R or D or I....they are all fucking corrupt to the bone feeding off our taxes, and have been doing that for at least a fucking century.

When was the last time you got a say in any taxes created, raised, or levied against you?

When was the last time you received a check from any other country for aid?

If we have so much money we can afford to GIVE TAX DOLLARS AWAY, why is no one in DC voting to REDUCE OUR TAXES?

When was the last time you got to say if we give a few BILLION tax dollars from OUR sweat and tears to some other country?

IF they pull this off, they will not ask your permission to continue to take from you, they will consider it THEIR RIGHT....because as of currently is sure as shit looks like they RULE US instead of SERVING US.

I do agree with you although, what I do not agree with is.. I dont like Trump so everything is his fault!

I have said I dont much like or agree with alot of Trump, and u have said that since day 1 I posted down here in the dungeon.

Definitely not a commie. 😁
As far as Covid goes, The President downplayed it initially. He said it in an interview.
If I was in his shoes, I might have done the same thing for a short while until I understood all the facts and “trusted” my advisors. Then, lead the entire country on a mandate to defeat.
Instead he left it up to the states to make their own policies.
There is where the shit show ensued, and that is why we are where we are today.
He basically gave every governor the right to decide for their own political agenda what’s good for the health of their constituents.
This was a incredibly bad decision and if he was a leader he would have admitted it was a bad decision and corrected it. Unfortunately, that ship has long sailed and we as a nation are suffering and has added to more mistrust in our government.

You forgot to mention the honorable Biden taking bribes fro Ukraine and China.

You want to be taken serious down here, be truthful and stop sticking to your “convenient” facts.

I asked you about your thoughts in regards to the former DNI accusing Nevada of giving the President’s legal team the run around and I also reminded you, yet nothing.

Save the bullshit bro and FTN.

I can say anything about the apprentice as I never have watched it. Honestly cant recall watching a single episode. I do remember growing up about all the negative publicity about trump(80s-90s) bankruptcies, bas buisness dealings, ect.. I too could careless for him then, about as much as I care for him now! With all that said and what has been said he is still very successful. Did he fuck people in business deals? I'm sure he did, so has Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk, George Bush, Bill Clinton ect.. I could go on and on..

But when you come into office with $$ or you come in with little and leave with millions, or it is your life long career and you have nothing beneficial you have ever done and again leave with millions..

It's time to take the blinders off.. I just finally threw mine away this year!! But honestly I wished I would have left them on.. one less thing to worry about in this world!

At this point, I don’t see how that could happen. AMF

A large part of conservatism has typically been acknowledging and defending states rights. Many in here do not believe the Civil War was about slavery but about defending states rights.

In this election the states have had their elections and certified their results.

Consistent with that and with the Constitution, the losing party has appealed to the judicial branch where over 60 judges both appointed by R’s and D’s have concluded with the states.

Now alleged conservatives believe federal officials should overturn states rights and the states certified elections.

Yet those that stand by states rights, their certified elections, repeated judicial review and the Constitution are not conservative but are traitors?

I simply don’t get it? 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Uhh lets just point out that your idea of how this country is run is incorrect.

We are a Constitutional Republic. Each State is it's own law unto itself until you reach federal law, that supercedes state law.

If there is such occasion as for the state to require help from the fed, they must ASK for help, the fed on it's own cannot dictate to states without it getting into new federal law. In this case as a "pandemic" DJT would have had to declare Martial Law in order to have granted control over the states to the military.

As such, each state has dealt with it's citizens differently, and in more than a few run roughshod over their citizens rights to exercise control over the populace to much economic and social/mental distress and destruction.

This is why Florida is open and thriving again, while states like Kommifornistan are being ground down under the boot of authoritarian overreach, by literally not even using science or math to set the tone of logic for the continuation of the ruin of the state.

Educate yourself.

Did you listen or read the briefings from the head of our CDC Dr Fauci before trump ever gave an interview? HE (FAUCI) IS THE EXPERT! That is hired to do a job. He downplayed it also. Then the narrative kicked in and his (fauci) whole attitude changed! Then there was Fauci, masks do nothing, a few months later EVERYONE NEEDS A MASK! But I'm (fauci) dont need to wear one!

Then do you relize that the governor has control over the state? All it takes it one EO! The president actually cant make them "mandate" shit, thay can agree to it and enforce it but, a governor can change the mandate of their state. So to say Trump should have made everyone do this or everyone do that isnt exactly reality. Unless well he claims martial law.

Agreed.
Not saying it hasn’t happened before and our past and present administration has so far done nothing about it. At least that we know about.

If nothing was "strange" then why are the states denying audits? They should embrace them with open arms to prove there wasnt anything strange that happened with this election!

Shuts down incoming travel from China and Europe before any world leader AND you think your TDS friends in your Blue states would have abolished their State’s Rights in favor of a Trump Federal response?

And I truly appreciated your response. (No sarcasm)
The only opinion that I offered was maybe it would be better if the two sides thought about what the greater goal is, and maybe there is a slight chance that it’s not all what it seems.
The only facts that I stated is that the Civil War was the worst conflict in our history, there has been a major cyber attack, and Putin is not a good guy.
But yet I’m called a commie.
Go figure.

could not agree more sir. Civil War would be a horrific option.

but its kinda hard to meet in the middle when one side refuses to publicly remove any shadow of a doubt there was no election fraud. Great never seen measures are being deployed to prevent a very simple remedy to the objections and presented evidence.

covid... fact the numbers do not lie. This is no pandemic

cyber attack....fact yes it happened. Fact its happened many times prior. None worse than the other. Its kinda hard to scream our national security is an issue when you have politicans andtheir family members selling our country’s secrets and security measures to the highest bidder. Politicians sleeping with foreign spies etc etc Somehow all this is glossed over.

I’m open to rational discussion, but you can’t make statements about refusal to meet in the middle when you fail to acknowledge the herd of 1,000lb elephants in the room.

A recount?

There were multiple State Constitutional violations in regards to election law. Just because the SC is comprised AND a bunch of weak kneed bitches who are afraid of riots, doesn’t mean we have to accept it.

Hit up 530, he’s already declared he’ll be tucking and fleeing the country when the men are needed to save the nation.👍🏻

Isn’t that the fundamental premise of states rights? Shouldn’t it be up to the states to make that decision? Not the federal government?

What does the President (no matter who that may be) have to do with a cyber security breach? Seriously. It is common knowledge the Russians, the Chinese, the Iranians, the North Koreans, and literally MILLIONS of private hackers are trying to hack out military, our government, and our cooperations every single day. The Russians (or whoever) beat our best people at the NSA and the Pentagon, hopefully we beat them on occasion and return the favor. Of course Trump downplayed it, is he supposed to run down the street with his hair on fire? My question is - why do people in our own government have personal business relationships with China? Mitch McConnell being at the top of that list.

I am not going to get into a debate about mask wearing, I personally don’t feel it’s an infringement on my rights but I do believe that many states have over stepped their powers, California being the most egregious.

ExecutiveBranchAuthoritytoMandatetheWearingofFaceMasks
There are no existing federal laws that explicitly address mask wearing for public health purposes, but certain existing authorities could potentially form the basis for such executive action. One such law could be section 361 of the Public Health Service Act (PHSA). That provision, which has been characterized as “broad [and] flexible,” grants the Secretary of Health and Human Services—delegated in part to the CDC—the authority to make and enforce regulations necessary “to prevent the introduction, transmission, or spread of communicable diseases from foreign countries into the States or possessions, or from one State or possession into any other State or possession.” Abroad construction of this authority may permit the CDC to issue regulations mandating the use of masks in circumstances that would prevent the foreign or interstate transmission of COVID-19. CDC’s exercise of this authority would nevertheless be restricted by the Constitution and other generally applicable statutory requirements, such as the Administrative Procedure Act or the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993. The latter statute requires courts to grant certain religious exemptions from a generally applicable rule that imposes a substantial burden on a regulated person’s religious exercise.

Why are not any of the states in question willing to do a full audit?

Would it be the same if the roles where switched?

Do you honestly think that there was nothing fishy about this election?

Answer as if we where sitting at the bar having a beer! Not as if you're the orical of RDP!

I obviously have no idea who you are or what you do, but every time I’ve been called sir by someone they have been in the military or in law enforcement.
I respect your opinions and appreciate your rational responses.
My father in law was a police captain in the San Francisco PD during the 60’s and 70’s and called me sir.
Always unnerved me. We also have the same first name which is not a common first name.

You are talking in circles! And not answering any of my questions unless it's with a question!

Why are not any of the states in question willing to do a full audit?

Would it be the same if the roles where switched?

Do you honestly think that there was nothing fishy about this election?

Answer as if we where sitting at the bar having a beer! Not as if you're the orical of RDP!

None of the "there was no fraud" backers will openly admit that this has NEVER EVER HAPPENED before on such a YUGE scale as to be OBVIOUS.

Name another election where it took WEEKS to tally a states votes. Where there were MULTIPLE people caught on camera cheating, and their co-workers willing to testify under oath that criminal fraud had been witnessed?

No matter how hard the corrupt machine of media and government is playing this and using the obviously complicit DOJ where judges refuse to even look at the evidence...

It's such a large amount that many many many instances are still out there on the web, you only have to look for them.

If you can only use goggle/fagbook/or twatter...then you will never see the truth....Or the truth is you are only lying to yourself.

LOL..... this all just so amazing !!!!!, the emotion people get off what they read on the internet, and I'm talking both sides....nobody really knows the truth,... you just take a blank canvas and strart painting, you start out using Blue or red,...by the time the canvas has so much blue or red on it,... you can't see the real true colors , and at the point you have been sucked in with beliefs ,... that you positively believe to be true... there's no changing what you think,..
politician "Omit", and on both sides, the government works on a "need to know" policy ......... they think the general public is too stupid to know the truth

what I believe would scare the fuc out of most....
