If Albert's son doesn't want the superjet, I'd be interested. Looking for a project ski to build with my son.

How much? I’m not really looking but I wouldn’t mind picking another one up

If Albert and Mathew don't jump on it I'd be interested in it for a father son project

Speaking of stand-ups... Here's some great tech from Group K on the kawi 750's and for several other ski's as well.

http://www.groupk.com/k750.htm

His knowledge and research is hard to argue with. But don't let him do the actual assembly. Harry cut his teeth on bikes in the 70's but I got very little gain and a headache from letting him build my CZ motor. Almost $2000 to essentially do nothing but blueprint it and install a new top end. They indexed the kicker return spring wrong and it broke during the first break in cycle. Wasn't interested in pulling it back out and sending it back to AZ and he wouldn't even pick up the shipping charges this time around. Upon opening it up to fix that we found some other things that he had missed too.

Imagine how crappy the service would be if he WASN'T drinking

I have to disagree 650 hull is more stable little bit wider.Everyone just wants a 750 motor. I buy a few skis a year and flip them.

First year for 750 is 92 and finding one for 1500 will be tough. Atleast a clean good running one.
I have a 550 have put almost 1k into it but jet trim mat and front sponsons was half that. But I like the 550s light and easy to toss around.

The ’92-'93 year models should be avoided. The engines had internal weaknesses that were fixed with the '94.

For what it's worth my buddy is selling his sons ski, '88 650. His son probably only rode it 10 times. Clean ski, stock motor, straight bars, PJS ride plate and Westcoast loader. Painted all white with black diamond turf. The fuel pump was rebuilt maybe 2 years ago and the carb needs some fine tuning. There is a newer Interstate battery in it that still had enough charge to crank the motor, currently sitting on a battery tender. Ski needs gas and a new home.

750’s are a good time. I used to have this 99 that was pretty awesome. Dry pipe - pretty fast.
