Spare Prop

I would like some thoughts on a new Propeller. I have a 2005 Caliber 1 20.5. It has a 5.7L 260 HP Carburated engine Alpha one drive 1.62 with a 3 blade 14 3/8 X 21 Ballistic SS Prop. It runs with this prop at 4450 @ 57 on the speedo. didnt have my GPS with me last trip.

It has great hole shot but was looking for maybe a little more speed. Also any thoughts on a 4 Blade prop?

Any Ideas?

Hi Chuck,
I've been in Lake Havasu for Desrt Storm for a few days for the shootout and I haven't been able to respond. After running the slip numbers on your current setup, your slip calculates at -4%. With that being said, I think your speedo is a bit off. 10 MPH on a water fed speedo is not uncommon and I need an accurate GPS # to get you a recommendation however, if your looking for top speeed in that boat you may already be on the right track. Re-Post when you get a GPS reading and by the way, there are no boats that are too small
