Was hoping I would have more to report this week, but today all I managed to do was to rebuild my trim pumps...while not hard to do, it was time consuming to remove them , rebuild, and the reinstall. Found a dead solenoid too

They don't have the typical K stamped on them. The mounting bracket has MR3 and the tab has MR4 cast into them. Mine were bad so replaced with mercury, they have the K cast into them. And the mounting brackets are a lot smaller

You must have odd balls or something very very early.

All the ones i have seen had the tapered style merc/kiekhaefer tabs.

But there was no such thing as "Standard Equipment" on any of these things that were built. They are all a little different.

The ones on this boat and mine are not tapered. They are square with the inside corner notched to allow for travel of the outdrive.
