I have a nice tailgate for a fleetside, w/hinges and hardware, as well as a front clip in decent condition. Both reasonable. Complete truck is available for parts... Engine runs....Tag says 400...

I would guess no, but countless GM trucks rolled out of the factory without any secondary color information...I don't see any other color codes on that tag...
